Lost Moons was designed to push the boundaries of social gaming as one of the first MMORPG's designed for the Facebook Platform. Unfortunately, this title was never released but exhibits some of my finest work, in both illustration and Art Direction.
I embraced a fantasy-like world for Lost Moons as a way to connect with the hardcore gaming crowd, the new demographic the studio was gearing the game towards; while using bright, colorful and cartoon-like style to continue to appeal to the existing players. From the environment to the UI, every element played into this calculated decision and helped keep the game’s mood and style congruent throughout.
